Catamaran Charter Zanzibar | East African Ocean Adventures reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Refund eligibility is subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of booking. The company is not liable for additional costs incurred by guests (including flights, accommodation, or transfers) due to cancellation or schedule changes. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

Booking & Payment

A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the outstanding balance due the day before departure.
Cancellations by Guests

Half-day and full-day charters:

14 or more days before departure: Full refund of the deposit (minus transaction fees).

7–13 days before departure: Deposit can be put towards a future available booking date but not refunded.

Less than 7 days or no-shows: Deposit is non-refundable.

Overnight and multi-day charters:

30 or more days before departure: Full refund of the deposit (minus transaction fees).

15–29 days before departure: Deposit can be put towards a future available booking date but not refunded.

Less than 15 days or no-shows: Deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us

In case of bad weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances:

We will first offer to reschedule your charter.

You are welcome to use your deposit to secure a future booking.

If rescheduling is not possible, a 50% refund (of either deposit and/or total booking) will be provided (minus transaction fees).
